Newly admitted students in all the programs offered by Kazek University Institute of Technology and Management (KazekTech) took part in a knowledge filled academic orientation exercise organized by management of the University on the 22^nd October 2024. In her welcome address the Rector of Kazek University, Mrs  Njomo Belinda heartily welcomed the students to Kazek University. The Rector thanked the students for choosing Kazek University to advance their career, a choice they will never regret, she said. She reported that Kazek University has always had outstanding results at the HND examination. Mr Eko Boris of the Engineering department and Mr Ambe Emmanuel of the Accounting department advised the students to take their studies seriously while at Kazek University. In his orientation discuss, the Founder and President of Kazek University, Prof. Njomo Louis Mosake reminded the students that they are starting a new phase in their life. Professor Njomo spoke about the importance of professional education, how to become a professional, how to choose a professional career, the urge to seek knowledge while in the university and how to enjoy life in a university environment. The second phase of the exercise was question and answer. The students were group according to their chosen discipline for a discussion with an expert in their discipline. The orientation exercises ended with a light refreshment .
